All parliamentarians have right to express views: Gilani
ISLAMABAD, Oct 4 (APP): Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani Tuesday said all members of parliament have right to hold a point of view and a member’s criticism of his own party government clearly manifests that there is democracy in Pakistan People’s Party. “Agree to disagree is democracy,” the Prime Minister said while speaking at the floor of National Assembly here. The Prime Minister made the remarks after Ahsan Iqbal, a PML(N) leader on the speech of an MNA from FATA Akhunzada Chattan, raised an objection by saying that the MNA is wasting time of the House because he belongs to the treasury bench and he should take up the matter in the parliamentary committee.
