Prime Minister allows Punjab to import Dextran-40 from India
ISLAMABAD, Oct 27 (APP): Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani has given the permission to Health Department of the Punjab Government to import 5,000 bottles of the important drug Dextran-40 being used for the treatment of Dengue Virus. According to an official announcement, the Prime Minister has allowed the Punjab Government to import the drug from India in view of the urgent requirement for Infusion Dextran - 40 in the Government Hospitals of the Punjab for the treatment of Dengue Virus.
