PM greets President of Suriname on National Day
ISLAMABAD, Nov 25 (APP): Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani has sent a message of greetings to the President of the Republic of Suriname Desi Bouterse on their National Day falling on November 25. In his message, the Prime Minister said, “on behalf of the Government and people of Pakistan, I wish to extend our heartiest greetings on the auspicious occasion of the National Day of the Republic of Suriname.”He said Pakistan and Suriname enjoy cooperative and friendly relations which have been growing steadily over the years.“It is my earnest desire to continue to work with you to further strengthen our relations for the mutual benefit of our peoples,” he added.
The Prime Minister said, “On this occasion, I also wish to convey my best wishes for your personal well-being and continued progress and prosperity of the people of Suriname.”
