PM greets UAE counterpart on National Day
ISLAMABAD, Dec 2 (APP)  - Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani has sent a message of greetings to Vice President and Prime Minister of United Arab Emirates (UAE), Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum on their national day falling on December 2. In his message, the Prime Minister said “on behalf of people and the Government of Pakistan and on my own behalf, it is with immense pleasure that I extend heartiest and warmest greetings to Your Highness, the Government and the brotherly people of the United Arab Emirates on the auspicious occasion of 40th National Day of the United Arab Emirates.”“Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates have enjoyed close, cordial and cooperative relations in all the fields during the past 40 years. The bilateral cooperation has witnessed a significant progress and diversification during this period,” he added.
The Prime Minister expressed his confidence that “our bilateral relations will be further strengthened and consolidated to the mutual benefit of both the countries in the years ahead under your leadership.”
“I take this opportunity to convey our best wishes and prayers for Your Highness’s good health and happiness and for the continued progress and prosperity for the people of the United Arab Emirates,” he added.
