PM greets Mauritanian counterpart on Independence Day       
ISLAMABAD, Nov 28 (APP): Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani has sent a message of greetings to Prime Minister of Islamic Republic of Mauritania Dr. Moulaye Ould Mohamed Laghdaf on the occasion of Independence Day falling on November 28(today).In his message, the Prime Minister said “on behalf of the government of Pakistan and on my own behalf, it gives me pleasure to convey to Your Excellency and to the government of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania our heartiest felicitations on the occasion of the National Day of Islamic Republic of Mauritania.”
He said it is a source of satisfaction that the two countries are enjoying good relations which would be further strengthened in the years to come.
“I  avail myself of this opportunity to express my best wishes for Your Excellency’s personal health and happiness and for the continued progress and prosperity of the brotherly people of Islamic Republic of Mauritania,” he added.
