ISLAMABAD, Dec 19 (APP): Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani in his capacity as Chairman Azad Jammu and Kashmir Council has summoned the council’s 45th session (budget session) on December 23 at Prime Minister House here.The council will consider and pass the budget 2010-11 and will transact certain budget related fiscal legislative business, says a press release released by Azad Jammu and Kashmir Council Secretariat.The first sitting of the session of AJ&K Council will be held on Monday under the Chairmanship of the Vice Chairman, AJ&K Council and President of AJ&K Raja Zulqarnain Khan.
The first sitting of the session will be adjourned after presentation of the budget by Minister Incharge AJ&K Council Secretariat Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit Baltistan Mian Manzoor Ahmad Wattoo.
Prime Minister of AJ&K Sardar Attique Ahmad Khan, nominated members of Azad Jammu & Kashmir Council Mian Manzoor Ahmad Wattoo, Federal Minister for KA&GB, Makhdoom Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs, Syed Khursheed Ahmed Shah, Federal Minister for Labour and Manpower, Nawab Muhammad Yousaf Talpur MNA and Ms. Sherry Rehman MNA and six elected members of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Council Ghulam Raza Shah Naqvi, Chairman Public Accounts Committee/ Member, AJ&K Council; Parvaiz Akhtar, Chairman, Standing Committee/Member, AJ&K Council, Sardar Naseem Ahmed Sarfaraz Khan, Member, AJ&K Council; Raja Iftikhar Ayub, Member, AJ&K Council; Sardar Farooq Sikandar, member AJ&K Council and Hamid Khan, Member, AJ&K Council will attend the session.
Besides above, three advisors to the Chairman AJ&K Council Prime Minister of Pakistan Sardar Ghulam Sadiq Khan, Ms. Shazia Khatoon and Chaudhry Muhammad Siddique Bhattli will also attend the session.
