Gilani praises PTV’s role       
ISLAMABAD, Jan 2 (APP): Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani has appreciated the role of Pakistan Television (PTV) for projecting an enlightened image of Pakistan at the international stage. uring his visit to PTV station here for an interactive programme Online on Saturday, the Prime Minister said that the programme, in which he participated, was a good idea as it gave him an opportunity to talk with the people directly and help resolve their problems.
The Prime Minister said the PTV headed by Yousuf Baig Mirza would now make more progress as a national institution.
On this occasion, MD PTV Yousuf Baig Mirza gave a cheque to the Prime Minister for the assistance of flood victims.
The PTV MD said on the occasion that people had liked the programme   of Prime Minister as the PTV was getting a lot of messages of congratulations.The people have requested for continuation of the programme.
