Spirit of political reconciliation is the way forward: PM
KARACHI, Jan 7 (APP): Prime Minister, Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani, has said that the common desire among all the political parties to strengthen the democratic system is a sign of political maturity. It also reflects the confidence of the political leadership, he remarked adding that the spirit of political reconciliation is the way forward to solve issues concerning the people.
The Prime Minister was talking to the Governor Sindh, Dr. Ishrat ul Ebad Khan, and Chief Minister, Syed Qaim Ali Shah, at the Governor House on Friday.
Earlier, the Governor Sindh and the Chief Minister apprised the Prime Minister of the socio-political situation in the province.
Interior Minister, Rehman Malik, was also present on the occasion.
