Reconciliation policy helped in resolving issues: PM
LAHORE, Jan 16 (APP): Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani has said that the policy of reconciliation and consensus has played a pivotal role in sorting out major issues faced by the country.“Policy of reconciliation should be pursued in letter and spirit in the days to come for the welfare of the masses”, he said during a meeting with the Punjab Governor Latif Khosa who called on the Premier at his residence here Sunday.Gilani said that the government was reviewing its economic agenda so as to modify it for providing maximum relief to the vulnerable sections of society.

He said that the government would deal with all challenges with political will and determination.

Punjab Governor Sardar Latif Khan Khosa thanked the Prime Minister for reposing confidence in him by proposing his name for the appointment as Punjab Governor.
Khosa said that he would represent the federation in Punjab in a befitting manner.
The family of Sardar Latif Khosa was also accompanied him.
