Liberation of Kashmir corner stone of PPP manifesto: PM
ISLAMABAD, Jan 31 (APP): Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani Monday said that liberation of Kashmir is a corner stone of Pakistan People’s Party manifesto since its inception. He said peace and economic prosperity of South Asian region hinges upon the resolution of Kashmir dispute in accordance with the UN Resolution and the wishes of the Kashmiri people. During the meeting with the Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan, Mian Manzoor Ahmad Wattoo, legislators and office bearers of PPP AJK at the Prime Minister House, Gilani stressed the need for creating political reconciliation and harmony to address the problems of the people of the state.  
He asked the legislators and office bearers to keep close contact with the people to sort out their problems.
The Prime Minister said that PPP AJK should maintain cordial relations with all the political parties of the State. He asked the office bearers of Pakistan People’s Party AJK to follow the reconciliatory policy of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto.
He stressed the need for introducing reforms after taking all the political parties on board. 
The meeting was attended by MLA/President of the PPP AJK Chaudhry Abdul Majeed, MLA/Secretary General of PPP AJK Chaudhry Latif Akbar and members of legislative assembly of Pakistan People’s Party AJK Barrister Sultan Mahmood, Sardar Ghulam Sadiq, Chaudhry Muhammad Saddique Balti, Mrs. Shazia Akbar, Sardar Yaqoob Khan, Muhammad Hanif Awan, and Chaudhry Muhammad Rasheed.
