Gilani for diplomatic efforts to improve image of Pakistan
ISLAMABAD, Feb 17 (APP): Expressing satisfaction on the present drift of the foreign policy, Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani said that diplomatic efforts need to be focused upon improving democratic and progressive image of the country.He was talking to Ms. Hina Rabbani Khar, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs who called on him at Prime Minister Secretariat here.The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs apprised the Prime Minister on the functioning of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and her vision to further improve its performance.She assured the Prime Minister that the diplomatic efforts would conform to the guidance given by him.
