Interior Minister briefs PM on law and order situation
ISLAMABAD, Feb 17 (APP): Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani appreciated efforts of the Ministry of Interior and the provincial governments for appropriate security arrangements made on the 12th Rabi-ul-Awal.The arrangements made, he said, reflected better coordination and improved law and order situation in the country.The Prime Minister was talking to the Minister for Interior Rehman Malik here Thursday at the Prime Minister Secretariat.The Minister for Interior briefed the Prime Minister on the arrangements made by the law enforcement agencies in coordination with the provincial governments in various cities on 12th Rabi-ul-Awal.He also apprised him on the overall law and order situation in the country.
