PM for early completion of development projects in Sindh
KARACHI, April 22 (APP):  Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani on Friday urged the Sindh Government to complete on priority the development projects launched with the support of the Federal Government, whose 60 per cent work had already been finished.He also asked the provincial government to sort out the right of way issue of the mega Lyari Expressway project for its early completion.The Prime Minister said this during a meeting with Sindh Governor Dr Ishrat-ul-Ebad Khan and Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah at the Governor House soon after his arrival from Islamabad.
He also approved allocation of Rs 50 million for the construction of Lyari Sports Complex, saying that its early completion would generate healthy activities in the area.
Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani said that the rehabilitation work of the flood affected areas of the province should also be completed expeditiously to mitigate the difficulties of the victims.
