PM Gilani was accorded warm welcome at Great Hall
BEIJING, May 18 (APP): Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani was accorded a warm and rousing welcome, as he arrived here at Great Hall of the People to hold talks with Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao.During the formal welcome ceremony held at the Great Hall, Gilani was presented guard of honor. National anthems of Pakistan and China were played and the Prime Minister inspected the guard of honor.Earlier upon arrival at the Great Hall, Gilani was received by Premier Wen Jiabao. The two leaders introduced their respective delegations.
Prime Minister Gilani was accompanied by Defence Minister Chaudhry Ahmad Mukhtar and Law Minister Maula Bakhsh Chandio.  Parliamentarians representing all political parties are also part of Prime Minister Gilani’s delegation.Later the two leaders went in for talks.
