PM greets caretaker PM of Republic of Lebanon on Independence Day
ISLAMABAD, May 25 (APP): Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani has greeted the Caretaker Prime Minister of Republic of Lebanon Saad Hariri on their Independence Day falling on Wednesday (May 25).In his message of greetings, the Prime Minister said “on the occasion of the Resistance and Liberation Day of the Republic of Lebanon, I have great pleasure to convey on behalf of the government, people of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and on my own behalf warmest felicitations to Your Excellency, government and people of the Republic of Lebanon.”The Prime Minister expressed confidence that the close and cordial relations which so happily exist between our two countries would grow from strength to strength in the years ahead.
“I avail this opportunity to convey my best wishes for Your Excellency’s health, happiness and for continued progress and prosperity of the brotherly people of Lebanon,” the Prime Minister said.
