PM hails China’s announcement of providing $ 4.7 million relief goods for Sindh rain-hit people
ISLAMABAD, Sep 11 (APP): Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani has hailed China’s announcement of providing worth $ 4.7 million relief goods for the victims of devastating rains in Sindh. The Prime Minister thanked the Chinese government and leadership for this timely and prompt support for the rain-hit people.  The decision of the Chinese Government to dispatch relief goods worth 30 million RMB (US $ 4.7 million) for the flood victims was conveyed by Chinese Ambassador, Liu Jian during his meeting with Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar here on Sunday. The Ambassador also conveyed the sympathies of the Chinese Government on the devastation caused by the wide-spread monsoon rains.
