Sindh Governor calls on President
KARACHI, March 14 (APP):  Sindh Governor, Dr. Ishrat-ul- Ebad Khan, called on  President Asif Ali Zardari in Bilawal House here on Monday night.  Interior Minister, A. Rahman Malik, and Spokesperson to the President, Farhatullah Babar, were also present in the meeting.
Briefing journalists, Farhatullah Babar said that the meeting was held in a very cordial atmosphere.
Interior Minister Rehman Malik gave a briefing on his recent meeting with the MQM Chief, Altaf Hussain, in London.
The meeting agreed that the process of political reconciliation would continue for political stability, welfare of the people and for resolving problems facing the country.
It was also resolved that all issues would be addressed in a spirit of mutual accommodation and in accordance with the mission of the leaders of the two parties.
It was also agreed that in the larger interest of the country and the people strict action would be taken against criminals of all hue and persuasion and no criminal will be allowed to seek shelter behind a political facade.
