US should recognise Pakistan’s sacrifices: Rehman Malik
ISLAMABAD, Sep 27 (APP): Minister for Interior, Rehman Malik on Tuesday said Pakistani nation expects that their sacrifices should be recognized by United States and other allies in terms of having lost of 36,000 innocent lives and loss of US $ 68 billion.He was talking to Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary, Bureau of South and Central Asian Affairs, Geoffrey R. Pyatt, who called on the Minister here and discussed regional issues.US Ambassador to Pakistan, Cameron P.Munter was also present.
The Minister expressed the resolve of the government to continue their cooperation with US and other allies in the war on terror. Terrorists have no boundaries, no relations and hence they need to be handled with iron hands, he added.
 He also emphasized that Pakistani people want that their sovereignty and territorial integrity be respected
