Advisor to PM on minorities Paul Bhatti meets Rehman Malik
ISLAMABAD, Mar 24 (APP): Advisor to Prime Minister on Minorities Affairs, Paul Bhatti Thursday met Interior Minister Rehman Malik and discussed various matters related to the case of his brother, Shahbaz Bhatti who was shot dead by terrorists in Sector I-8, Islamabad. According to sources of the Minister’s office, Paul Bhatti who has been recently appointed Advisor to Prime Minister also thanked president and prime minister for appointing him as Advisor and assured to continue mission of his brother Shahbaz Bhatti, Minorities Affairs Minister.
Paul Bhatti also called upon religious scholars belonging to different schools of thought and religions to forge unity against terrorism till its end from the society.
He also disclosed that he would visit all provinces shortly to meet leaders of minorities for taking into confidence.
Interior Minister assured him (Mr. Paul) to extend all possible cooperation during his visit to provinces and other initiatives to be taken for serving minorities of the country.
The Minister also congratulated him for assuming charge as Advisor to Prime Minister on Minorities.
