Malik for not allowing anyone to disturb Karachi's peace 

 
Interior Minister Rehman Malik during his telephonic conversation with different personalities at the MQM Secretariat in London, the United Kingdom said that any attempts to disrupt peace and security of Karachi would be crushed. He talked to Muhammad Anwar Bhai, Governor Sindh, Interior Minister (Sindh) and Shahi Syed. Malik said law enforcers and intelligence agencies had been put on high alert in Karachi to curb this fresh wave of violence.

“No one would be allowed to break law in Karachi and violators would be dealt with iron hand,” he said while talking on phone to these figures holing key positions.

He expressed grief over the killing of innocents people in Karachi and urged the people to stay calm.
