ISLAMABAD, Jun 11 (APP): My Art World will organize a 13-day
painting exhibition `Spiritual Lexicon’ a solo show to celebrate
Ramzan, presented by Muhammad Ibrahim starting from June 12 at its Gallery.
After years of studio practice, Muhammad Ibrahim has mastered
his unique technique of painting calligraphic landscapes.
These vibrant paintings are quite contemporary in nature and
are done in layers of calligraphy to create scenic landscapes with
layers of over lapping Arabic text taken from the Quran.
Over the last 12 months, Ibrahim has worked on his new series
that would be showcased to promote Pakistani art.
Muhammad Ibrahim said, “My scope of art is based on the fact
that Allah almighty is presented everywhere and I am trying my best
to show the same through my art.”
The exhibition will continue till June 24.
