JKCHS issues provisional allotment letters to 12 members

ISLAMABAD, (MILLAT ONLINE):The Jammu and Kashmir Cooperative Housing Society (JKCHS) has issued provisional allotment letters to 12 of its members for six kanal Farm House in Zone-4 Islamabad.
According to official document, the members who were given provisional letters are Moshin Ikhliaq, Syed Hussain Raza Gerdezi, Tayyaba Batool Kazmi, Nasir Ali Kazmi, Malik Kirmat Hussain Sarshar, Muhammad Jamil, Ali Waqar, Awais Amir Sial and Muhammad Ilyas Khan.
Out of 12, only one member has deposited full dues of society. The final allotment letters will be issued on approval of Lay Out Plan (LOP) and completion of development work of the scheme.
The reason for not issuing allotment letters to the members who have deposited full payment is that the Lay out Plan (LOP) has not been approved by Capital Development Authority (CDA) and development work of the scheme is incomplete.
The possession has not been given to the members, who have been issued provisional allotment letters, the document added.
All those members, who have paid down payment, have been issued only provisional allotment letters as per policy of the society, it said.
