Tokyo shares erase all gains since start of the year

TOKYO, (MILLAT ONLINE/APP/AFP) – Tokyo’s main indexes
ended lower Friday, erasing all of their gains since the start of the year, weighed by doubts about US President Donald Trump’s policies and concerns about the far-right march in
Europe.
The benchmark Nikkei 225 index lost 0.81 percent, or 153.96 points, to end the day at 18,909.26, while the Topix index of all first-section issues lost 0.98 percent, or 14.99 points, at 1,512.60.
