Tokyo stocks open higher

TOKYO, (MILLAT/APP/AFP) – Tokyo stocks opened
higher Tuesday after Wall Street again charged to fresh records and an improved economic forecast lifted the eurozone markets.
The benchmark Nikkei 225 index rose 0.15 percent, or 29.12 points, to
19,488.27 in early trading, while the Topix index of all first-section issues was up 0.26 percent, or 3.99 points, to 1,558.19.
