ISLAMABAD, Jul 4 (APP): Over two million worshipers attended the
completion of recitation of the Holy Qur’an (Khatm Al-Qur’an) at the Grand
Mosque in Makkah, the 29th night of Ramzan. They included visitors, Umrah
pilgrims, citizens and expatriates.
The worshipers thronged the Grand Mosque since the early hours of
Sunday, Saudi Press agency reported
The floors, passages, roof and basement were full to the brim. The
rows of worshipers spilled over to all the courtyards surrounding the Grand
Mosque and the roads leading to it.
