Ali Gilani admitted in Srinagar hospital

ISLAMABAD, Feb 2 (APP+Millat): All Parties Hurriyet Conference (APHC)
Chairman, Syed Ali Gilani was shifted to Soura Institute of Medical Sciences in Srinagar from his residence after he complained of severe chest pain.
According to KMS, Ali Gilani was admitted in the hospital late
Wednesday night when he complained of massive chest congestion and pain.
The APHC Chairman is under continued house arrest for the past several
years and is not being allowed to move out of his residence. The police personnel deployed outside the house of octogenarian leader were informed that he needs to be shifted to a hospital.
At around 2:45 am he, in police custody, was shifted to Soura Institute
of Medical Sciences where several tests including ECGs were repeatedly conducted on him. The ailing leader was later admitted in Medical ICU and is now being constantly observed by specialist doctors.
The APHC spokesman in a statement issued in held Srinagar said that
Syed Ali Gilani’s condition was stable. He requested the people to pray for his early and complete recovery.
Earlier, Syed Ali Gilani in a statement issued in held Srinagar said
that India with its military might had occupied the territory and plundered all its natural resources with the facilitation of its henchmen including Farooq Abdullah and Mufti Sayeed.
He said that the forced occupation was the root cause of all evils
including the political uncertainty, economic and social turbulences. “As long as the forced occupation persists, the worst situation will continue to prevail,” he said.
Syed Ali Gilani said that pro-India politicians in occupied Kashmir
always served the interests of New Delhi and extended their support for exploitation of situation for their lust for power and never resented such shrived moves played by authorities in Delhi.
