Belarus, Ghana discuss political, economic cooperation

MINSK, (MILLAT ONLINE)::Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Nigeria with concurrent accreditation to Ghana Vyacheslav Beskosty has had a meeting with Ghana’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration Shirley Ayorkor Botchwey, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Both the sides exchanged views on the current state and prospects of Belarus-Ghana political, economic, and humanitarian cooperation. They pointed to the growing bilateral trade and the existing potential for developing industrial cooperation.
The Belarusian ambassador met with Albert Yankey, Chief Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration. They reached an agreement to hold the second round of bilateral political consultations in Minsk in 2018.
Vyacheslav Beskosty also had a meeting with Belarus Honorary Consul in Ghana Kobina Ade-Coker to review the performance of the honorary consulate.
