Cricket: Sri Lanka 494 all out against Bangladesh

GALLE, Sri Lanka, (MILLAT/APP/AFP) – Sri Lanka were all out for 494 in their first innings on the second day of the first Test against Bangladesh in Galle Wednesday, with Kusal Mendis top-scoring with 194.
Mendis added 28 runs to his overnight score of 166 before he was caught on the boundary while trying to bring up his double century with a six.
Niroshan Dickwella (75) and Dilruwan Perera (51) both scored half-centuries on the second day after Asela Gunaratne made 85 on the first.
Teenage off-spinner Mehedi Hasan was the pick of the Bangladeshi bowlers, taking four wickets for 113 runs.
