European stocks ahead at open
London, (MILLAT ONLINE):European stock markets advanced at the start of trading on Monday, after a broadly positive session in Asia.
In initial deals, London’s benchmark FTSE 100 index climbed 0.3 percent to 7,418.99 points from the closing level on Friday.
In the eurozone, the Paris CAC 40 index won 0.2 percent to 5,409.64 and Frankfurt’s DAX 30 also added 0.2 percent to 13,181.85 points.
Most Asian markets rose Monday, tracking fresh records on Wall Street following forecast-busting US jobs data, as investors eyed the Federal Reserve’s latest policy meeting later this week.
