KARACHI, (MILLAT/APP): The 14th ITIF Asia 2017 exhibition
started at Karachi Expo Centre on Tuesday with more than 150
Chinese and Iranian companies participating in the event.
This three-day international trade event, inaugurated by city’s
Deputy Mayor Dr. Arshad Abdullah Vohra and Iranian Consul General in
Karachi, showcases 250 plus brands.
Over 250 foreign delegates from China, Iran, the United States
of America, Dubai and other parts of the world are participating in
the event, said a press release issued here.
The event has been organised by Ecommerce Gateway Pakistan (Pvt)
Ltd and supported by the Government of Pakistan.
The exhibition has incorporated 11th Power and Alternative Energy
Asia, 13th Oil and Gas Asia, 14th Engineering Asia and 14th Auto and
Transport Asia.
The 14th ITIF Asia would display some of the latest technologies
and technological advancements in the fields of engineering, renewable
energy, automobiles, and oil and gas.
Speaking on the occasion, Deputy Mayor Arshad Vohra said the
exhibition would project a soft and positive image of the country, especially Sindh.
It would provide a strong platform for local and international
companies for collaboration, joint ventures and other modes of
investments, he added.
Arshad Vohra appreciated that the 14th ITIF Asia 2017 would help
promote trade and industry by introducing world class products,
services, machineries and state of the art technology.
