19 killed in rain related incidents in Punjab, KP, FATA

ISLAMABAD, Mar 13 (APP): At least sixteen people died and more than
fifty others injured in rain related incidents in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and FATA.
According to details, seven laborers died when a mine caved in in
Orakzai Seven laborers died and 45 were trapped when a mine caved in in
Orakzai Agency, reported Radio Pakistan.
Operation to recover the trapped laborers is in progress. However, rain
is disrupting relief operation.
Nine people including children and women died when roofs of houses
collapsed in Khyber and Mohmand Agencies, Mardan and Tank districts.
Three people were killed when roof of their house caved in due to rain
in Gujar Khan on Sunday.
Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has expressed grief and
sorrow over the loss of precious lives.
