ISLAMABAD, (MILLAT/APP): An additional 20,000 paramilitary personnel
are being dispatched for deployment in Jammu and Kashmir in the name of security for the forthcoming sham parliamentary by-elections in Srinagar and Islamabad scheduled for the second week of April.
According to KMS, an Indian Home Ministry official told media in New
Delhi, “These forces are in addition to those already deployed” in the territory.
One company of paramilitary force comprises around 100 personnel. By-
elections for Srinagar and Islamabad Lok Sabha seats will be held on April 9 and 12, respectively.
It has been learnt that elections are just an execuse, these
additional paramilitary personnel will be permanently deployed in Kashmir to suppress the ongoing freedom struggle.
