LAHORE, Oct 24 (APP): Minister of State for Water and Power Abid Sher Ali and Shahid Javed Monday unanimously elected as President and Secretary of Pakistan Judo Federation respectively at the general council meeting of the body. “These elections were due before the May 20th, 2016, but for some reason, the PJF did not hold them in time and thus the federation became defunct. The member units of the PJF then organized these elections and elected the fresh officer bearers “, newly elected Secretary Shahid Javed said while talking to APP. Following other officer bearers were also elected for a fresh term of four years. Chairman, Mahmood Naveed, Chairperson, Mrs Abida Tanveer, Senior Vice Presidents, Ejaz Khokhar, Jala ud din, Treasurer, Imtiaz Akram.
