LAHORE, Nov 2 (APP): Additional Chief Secretary Punjab Shamail Ahmad Khawaja Wednesday inaugurated recently procured 104-meter high Snorkel which was capable to carry six fire fighters and rescuers up to more than 14 stories to save lives of victims of any untoward incident. He visited the Punjab Emergency Services Headquarters and Punjab Blood Transfusion Center here to improve their performance with the help of Turkish experts.
