KARACHI, (APP): Additional deployment of police
personnel at all entry gates as well as plain clothes policemen inside
the Karachi Zoo is made so as to further strengthen the security of
the amusement park by DIG South Karachi, Dr. Jameel Ahmed.
The DIG South along with SP Ms. Shahla Raza Qureshi and SHO Imdad
Ali Khawaja paid a detailed visit to the Karachi Zoo, said a statement
on Thursday.
Dr. Jameel met with the visitors in the park and assured them
that they will be provided all facilities.
Director Karachi Zoo, Faheem Khan briefed the DIG South with
regard to provision of security scanning equipment by the
Administrator Karachi Roshan Ali Sheikh, including installation of
walk-through gates and CCTV Cameras.
Chief Security Officer Karachi Zoo, Sajjad told the DIG South
that the City Warden have also been deployed in plain clothes in the
Karachi Zoo so as to provide complete security to the visitors.
