AI demands release of 2 teenagers booked under PSA in IoK

ISLAMABAD, Oct 21 (APP): London-based rights watchdog, Amnesty International criticizing the puppet regime of occupiedKashmir for slapping draconian law, Public Safety Act (PSA), on two teenagers, has sought quashing of their detention. According to Kashmir Media Service, Amnesty International in a statement posted on its website termed the detention as violation of humanrights laws. Rayees Ahmad Mir, 16, was arrested on September 16 fromBaramulla, Waheed Gojri of Kupwara, also 16, was arrested onAugust 18. They were subsequently slapped with the PSA and sent toKot Bhalwal Jail in Jammu.
