MUZAFFARABAD, (APP): A larger bench of AJK Supreme
Court (SC) rejected all filed appeals against the educational
package here the other day.
The larger bench headed by Chief justice Azam Khan comprised
on senior judge justice Ch.Ibrahim Zia and justice Raja Saeed Akram
while maintaining the decision of Apex court dismissed the appeals.
The Additional Advocate Journal Showkat Aziz from the ruling
party while Raja Ayaz Farid and Raja Ikhlak Kiyani Advocate
presented before the court.
