ISLAMABAD, (APP): The All Parties Hurriyat Conference terming
the former puppet Chief Minister Omar Abdullah’s statement regarding China as immature and meaningless, said that Beijing is a strong supporter of the Kashmiris’ right to self-determination.
The APHC spokesman, Ayaz Akbar, in response to Omar Abdullah’s tweet on
China’s presence in Pakistan and Azad Kashmir, in a statement issued in
Held Srinagar said, “China is not an occupier like India.”
Unlike India, he added, China has not attacked or forcibly occupied the
territory.
He said that China’s presence was a part of cooperation between
Islamabad and Beijing under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor Project and
the pro-freedom people had no reason to oppose this move.
