Civil arm forces need to be strengthened to curb terrorism: Sherpao

ISLAMABAD, (APP): Qaumi Watan Party (QWP)’s chief, Aftab Ahmed
Khan Sherpao Wednesday said law and order situation was significantly improved across the country due to operation Zarb e Azb in North Waziristan.
Talking to media persons outside the Parliament House, he, however,
underlined the importance to strengthen the civil arm forces to permanently crush the menace of terrorism and avoid untoward incidents in future.
Condemning Peshawar bus blast, Sherpao said this was a third big
incident during last two months in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, saying provincial and federal governments should evolve a comprehensive policy to control such incidents.
To a query, he said the dispute over amendment in Women Protection Bill
should be resolved with consensus as the religious parties were already allies of current government.
