CJP takes suo moto of Daniyal Aziz’s anti-judiciary speeches
ISLAMABAD, (MILLAT ONLINE):Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar on Friday took a suo moto notice of contemptuous speeches against judiciary made by Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) leader Daniyal Aziz.
The court issued notice to Daniyal Aziz and fixed the matter for hearing on February 7.
