CM inspects various hospitals in Multan

LAHORE, (MILLAT/APP): Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad
Shehbaz Sharif on Tuesday visited Multan, the big city of South
Punjab, and spent five hours there.
He attended a meeting at the Corps Headquarters Multan
regarding census arrangements and also visited the Garrison Public
Library Project.
Later, the Chief Minister paid surprise visit to Kidney
Institute and inspected new building of Children Hospital Multan.
He visited various hospitals for three hours.
The Chief Minister expressed anger when some patients
and their attendants at Kidney Institute told him that they had to
purchase medicine from outside.
He directed the concerning official to return the money
and said he could not tolerate that billions of rupees were being
spent on the health sector but patients had to purchase medicine
from outside.
Patients and their attendants prayed for the Chief
Minister and said he had kind heart for the suffering people.
They said, “Allah Almighty will give great reward to the Chief
Minister for this act of kindness.”
