Court awarded 25 years jail to murderer
SARGODHA, (MILLAT ONLINE)::Additional District and Sessions Judge Shahzad Raza here on Wednesday
awarded 25 years imprisonment to an accused involved in a
murder case of Jhal Chakian police station.
According to the prosecuter, accused Muhammad Ejaz
of Chak 68-NB along with his accomplices including Ikraam,
Imran and others had killed Ramzan over old enmity on
August 2, 2013.
After hearing arguments of the counsels, the court
awarded 25 years imprisonment to culprit Muhammad Ejaz
along with a fine of Rs 250,000.
The court acquitted the other 22 co-accused giving
them advantage of the doubt.
