SUKKUR, (MILLAT/APP): Deputy Commissioner (DC) Sukkur, Raheem Bux
Maitlo on Tuesday chaired a meeting to review the security arrangements
made for Pakistan Day celebrations on March 23 in the district.
The DC was briefed on security measures taken in Sukkur, Rohri and other
talukas.
He on the occasion ordered the officials to ensure the peaceful conduct
of Pakistan Day celebrations.No negligence would be tolerated in this regard, he added.
He also urged the citizens to cooperate with law enforcement agencies
for maintenance of law and order.
He also directed the North Sindh Urban Services Company (NSUSC)
officials to ensure cleanliness in the city. Assistant Commissioners, Director Social Welfare, District Officer Education and other officers attended the meeting.
