KARACHI, (MILLAT/APP): The Earth Hour -2017 will be observed at Frere
hall here on March 25.
The theme for the current year is “Shine a light on climate change”.
The day is being observed by the WWF-Pakistan in collaboration with
Engro Foundation.
Actors, models and directors including Adnan Malik, Anoushey Ashraf and
Khalid Malik will participate in the event as ambassadors of the earth hour.
Candles-light to be held to observe the earth hour from 8:30 p.m. to
9:30 p.m. by switching off unnecessary lights as a symbolic gesture to show commitment for the earth.
