ISLAMABAD, Oct 31 (APP): Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) will hear the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan’s disqualification reference here on November 2. The reference was filed by Muhammad Talal Chaudhry and six other MNAs seeking disqualification of Imran Khan as MNA under Clause (2) of Article 63 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973. It is pertinent to mention here that the ECP had served a notice to PTI chief Imran Khan to appear before the commission in person or through counsel on November 2 at 10 am at its secretariat in Islamabad in connection with reference for his disqualification as Member of the National Assembly (MNA).
