FC foils sabotage bid in Quetta

QUETTA, May 20 (APP): Frontier Corps (FC) foiled a bid of sabotage activities and recovered a large number of ammunitions at Gahi Khan Chowk area of provincial capital on Saturday.
According to ISPR, following on a tip off, FC personnel carried out operation and recovered 503 hand grenades, 5 improvised explosive devices (IED), 1 RPG7, 2 rifles, 22 RPG7 shells, 19 fuses and other arms which were buried in soil.
Recovered ammunitions would be used for big sabotage activities by unknown militants.
Fortier Corps cordoned off the entire area to trace out suspects.
