MULTAN, (MILLAT+APP): Fire erupted in record room at DCO
office in which record of civil and session court’s decisions
before 1995 was reportedly burnt.
The Rescue 1122 reached the spot and controlled the fire.
The DCO Multan has ordered an inquiry into the incident and said
the fire was erupted in Urdu Muhafiz Branch where record of
decisions of the courts was saved.
He said that revenue record and metro bus project (MBP) record was safe. However, inquiry has been initiated and strict action would be taken if
anyone involved in the negligence.
According to the spokesman of Metro bus project, the record of
metro bus was safe as the whole record of the project was saved
in the MDA building.
He said that complete record of land acquisition
and others available at land acquisition collector’s office.
