ISLAMABAD, Sep 6 (APP): Federal Minister for Food Securityand Agriculture Sikandar Hayat Bosan Wednesday said the present government had taken steps to enhance growth rate in agriculture sector. Talking to PTV, he said the government had reduced thetax on pesticides and machinery and above all small farmers had given incentives in order to yield maximum production, He was of the view that agri sector direly needed research to achieve better results.
