ISLAMABAD, Oct 31 (APP): Islamabad High Court (IHC) Monday dismissed an intra-court appeal seeking to award title of Field Marshal to Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif. A division bench comprising Justice Athar Minallahand Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzaib heard the appeal. Whether the Constitution allow such moves, the bench questioned.
