India playing dangerous game in occupied Kashmir: APHC

ISLAMABAD, (APP): All Parties Hurriyet Conference has said
that Indian government and its policymakers are playing a dangerous game of dividing the Kashmiri society on religious lines to harm the Kashmiris’ ongoing freedom movement.
The APHC in a statement issued in Held Srinagar warned India and its
puppet administration in the territory over their plan of setting up separate colonies for the Kashmiri Pandits in the Kashmir Valley,Kashmir Media Service reported.
It said, Pandits are a vital part of the Kashmiri society and no
individual or group is against their return, but they should return to their native places not in separate townships.
The APHC said that the Kashmir issue was not about any Hindu-Muslim
dispute, but the people of this land were demanding their right to self-determination for the last seven decades.”India wants to mislead the international community by portraying this struggle as communal one and the establishment of the separate composite townships for the Pandits is part of this plan,” it added.
The statement expressed the apprehension that these colonies would act
as safe zones for the communal elements and the Hindu extremists belonging to the Sangh Parivar and there was every possibility of misusing of these safe zones. It said that New Delhi was leaving no stone unturned to change the Muslim majority into minority in the territory.
The APHC also castigated the pro-India parties, PDP and NC, for playing
a leading role in implementation of the dangerous policies of India in the occupied territory.
